Oppression vs. God's Plans

Dear Bros. and Sis.

Greetings in the name of the Lord.

CLP6 is just around the corner and the first topic is "WHO IS JESUS CHRIST" with bro. Cesar Lisa as the scheduled speaker. When Christ revealed to his disciples about His sufferings and death on the cross, Peter tried to interfere. But Christ instead reprimanded Peter and warned him not to distract the Lord's plans. Near the end, Peter even denied Christ 3 times, but the Lord's plans went through, and in the end we are all saved.

But just as the CLP is ready to start, oppression gets in our way, maybe to distract us with our Godly plans. BCBP Angeles asks for your prayers for our bros and sis and loved ones with their concerns;

1. Geraldine, for her mom's safe travel to Angeles and healing

2. Tatang Dyano and Suzet, healing for stomach illness

3. Monet, thanksgiving for the success of her 'debut' despite several challenges

4. Willy, spiritual guidance and protection in his job and wisdom to the constituents and local leaders in his job site

5. Tess and Nikki, concerning people in their respective workplaces

Let us all bring back the 3 o'clock prayer habit for the BCBP Angeles and may the good Lord strengthen us spiritually so as not to be distracted by all the oppressions in our faith.

God bless everyone
